When will it arrive?
Most orders arrive 9 to 14 days after you place them. That is 1 to 3 business days of processing, then the shipping itself. You get a tracking number by email when it leaves the warehouse, not at the moment you order, and tracking often sits still for the first few days while the package moves through a sorting facility.
Will it fit me?
One size, cut oversized on purpose, with long sleeves and a hood. It is meant to swallow you rather than fit close. If it turns out not to be right for you, the thirty day refund covers it and you do not have to send it back.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Wash it on its own the first time. Do not iron the sherpa side.
What if I do not like it?
