The Soft Spot Co sells three blankets. That is the whole store, and it is deliberate.
Plenty of shops carry forty versions of the same thing and give you nothing to tell you which one to pick. We would rather carry a small number and describe each one accurately enough that you can decide without having to email us first.
How this works
We are a small operation in Arizona, run by one person. We do not manufacture anything. We choose products from a short list of suppliers, and they ship to you from a warehouse inside the United States. That is why delivery takes 9 to 14 days rather than two, and it is also why the prices are what they are.
We would rather say that plainly than dress it up. You can find most of these products elsewhere. What you get here is an accurate description, a real delivery window, and someone who answers the email.
What we will not do
We will not invent a founder story. We will not run a countdown timer that resets when you reload the page, and we will not show you a crossed out price that was never charged. If you ever see either of those on this site, it is a mistake and we would like to hear about it.
What we do instead
- Free shipping on every order, with no minimum.
- The real delivery window on every page, not the flattering one.
- Thirty days to change your mind, and you do not have to ship anything back.
