Before you email about a late order

Most orders arrive 9 to 14 days after you place them, and tracking does not start moving until 1 to 3 business days in. If you are still inside that window, your tracking email is the faster answer.

If you are writing about a specific order, have your order number ready. It is in the subject line of your confirmation email.

What we can sort out quickly

• Something arrived damaged or wrong. Send a photo and we will handle it the same day.
• You want a refund. Within 30 days of delivery, just ask. You do not need to send the blanket back.
• You need to change an address. Email immediately. We can change it in the first 1 to 3 business days, not after.

The Soft Spot Co is a sole proprietorship based in Arizona, United States. Orders ship from a warehouse inside the United States.

We do not have a phone line

There is one of us, and email means nothing gets lost. We do not use chat bots, and we will never ask you for your password or your full card number.
