Shipping policy

Free shipping, every order

There is no minimum and no threshold. Shipping is free on everything we sell, and the price you see on the product page is the price at checkout before tax.

Where we ship

The United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally yet, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

Orders leave from a warehouse inside the United States.

How long it takes

Two parts, and the second one is the long one.

Processing: 1 to 3 business days. First orders sometimes take a day longer.
Delivery: after that, expect the package within 9 to 14 days of placing your order.

We would rather tell you 14 days and have it turn up in 9 than the other way round. If yours is running past 21 days, email us.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email when the order ships, not when you place it. If tracking has not moved in a week, that usually means it is sitting at a sorting facility, but email us and we will look into it.

Christmas

Order by December 1 to be confident it arrives before December 25. That is not a marketing cutoff, it is the honest one given the delivery window above. Orders placed after December 1 will probably still make it. Probably is not a promise we want to make with a gift.

Wrong address

If you notice a mistake in your address, email us straight away. We can fix it before the order ships, which is within 1 to 3 business days. After that we cannot, and a package returned as undeliverable gets refunded once it reaches the warehouse.
