What to email about
- Where is my order. Have your order number ready. Delivery normally takes 9 to 14 days, so if it has been less than that, tracking is the faster answer.
- Something arrived damaged or wrong. Send a photo and we will sort it out that day.
- You want a refund. Within 30 days of delivery, just ask. You do not need to send anything back.
- You need to change an address. Email immediately. We can change it in the first 1 to 3 business days, not after.

The Soft Spot Co is a sole proprietorship based in Arizona, United States. Orders ship from a warehouse inside the United States.
What we do not do
We do not have a phone line. There is one of us, and email means nothing gets lost. We do not use live chat bots, and we will never ask for your password or your full card number.
